Modem: E-Tech PC56RCV modem with most recent firmware and Win95 Drivers.
ISP: Enteract, LLC of Chicago, IL.
Initial Connect: Either 44K or 46K, with about equal frequency. Connections rarely (5%) drop and I often stay online for 6-8 hours with no trouble.
Transfer Speed: 1.4 meg file at 90% reported 5.02 KBps under Winsock FTP. This was on a compressed file (msdun12.exe, Microsoft's Dial-Up Networking Upgrade)
